Richard, Please correct me if I am mistaken but I find your impression of Datek being callous based on the information you have provided puzzling. Until additional material information becomes available, it seems (at least to me) that we are not in a position to conclude. norm.

I'm not interested. A class action lawsuit is only good for the coffers of the lawywers. The class usually get a few pennies. Additionally, I feel cheated as you first pretended that you need information in order to be a Datek client, as you pointed out in: (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=14633358), and as such disappointed.
