JGoren: Your points with regard to Texas are all well taken. I only picked Texas as an example because "dwight martin's" profile indicated that he is from Texas. I wasn't trying to criticize Texas in any way. I was merely trying to use an example that Mr. Martin might be able to relate to since it appears to be his home state. From his reply, I can see that I made little impression on his closed mind. My hat's off to Texas! A fine state with many fine people, though I would not count Mr. Martin among them. Lu Xun
