Alan,

does it feel for you as calm right before new explosion or rather as stagnation for a while?
I understand it's subjective but I have grown to put great weight in your perception.

OK perhaps someone can enlighten me. Who would willingly become a bagholder in a company near bankrupcy? I know someone here, probably the underwriter, can make a buck but where is the upside for the equity holder? This ticket has lower odds than a lottery drawing:

"08:51 ET Beyond.com (BYND) 21/32: Online retailer receives a commitment for up to $40 mln in in private equity funding. Agreement gives BYND the right to obtain as much as $40 mln through the issuance of common stock to the fund in a series of drawdowns."
