This is true, shorts are (always were) tougher to get a fill. Sometimes stock just goes down after lower limit is penetrated, and usually it's next to impossible to fill your short sell. More often than not though they hesitate a little after breakdown and make couple upticks. That's when we short them unless buying becomes really strong.
