I would imagine the world has a dearth of such specialized highly exacting contractors To the contrary. Fiber optics components require highly specialized processes and the standard out-sourcers like Celestica aren't capable of meeting the exacting standards. There may be some widgets they can do, but not where lightwaves are involved. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the factories in China that NUFO, ETEK/JDSU, and others have up and running are not out-sourced but under their own management. Pat
