Dale,

It wouldn't surprise me if there where some private money in the wings Tril seems to be very good at this game ( bull $hit baffles brains), if there is it sure could raise the ire of some of the JV's if'n she's a gusher !

You said...the funds are not required all at once...What's the grand plan now and how do you see CWQ raising the funds ?

Gerry

Hi Dale.

<<What I wonder is, with most or all of the JV dropping out, who will step up to fund the next round of fracs?>>

Given the size of the prize (as projected by TRIL) wouldn't you expect TRIL to just grab back that ~87% interest and fund that portion of the frac at EKHO#1 themselves ?? With all that oil just sitting down there waiting to rip uphole at multi thousands of bbls per day it has to be a no brainer, no ?? Hell, at only ~$1.75MM with even just a 10-20% chance of success it seems like a near certainty. Isn't it ?? Even if TRIL has to do a PP of 1.5MM shares to finance it they must just be pissing themselves over their very good fortune. Yeah, right !!!

I was actually hoping that Pincombe would keep his cheque for Whisky Creek instead. That afterall is a play with a "real" chance !!

JMHOBWTHDIK.

Have a good one.

Later,

Dale:I may have a few answers to you're questions.

1-There has been no announcement from BRK my understanding is they have till Wednesday
of this week to come up with their portion.

2-Olcese I was told had tighter porosity than the Vedder and that is probably why Tril is still
there, also information was still being requested by BKR.As far as water is concerned nothing
was mentioned about that.

3-I would not count on BKR being in this play and definitely not picking up a bigger %of this
play unless something drastic happens between now and Wednesday.

On a footnote: If Tril does not pickup the 2 million for the frac and decides to go up hole the
original agreement would be back in place.
