Not the time you posted the original rumor. P4 had taped out just days back so the rumor was a bad one.

The tapeout was long delayed. SO, had the rumor showedup anytime before December it would have been valid.

I posted what was on Ace's which came short while after you posted the original rumor. I also posted many messages after that on why that rumor made no sense. You posted one of these last nite: Message 14681205

Bottom line: That was a bogus rumor. Willamette was beyond the tapout-delay stage by that point.
