That's what I thought from gleening from Scumbria and Athlon release. Looks like 10 months or so for the P4...is that a rush job or is Intel just better?

Now, once you have first silicon, can you do some design changes without taping out again and starting the process over again?
Or do you have to go back and tape out again?
