I did post it- its from Tinkershaw. But you are missing the point once again. Your "solution" would open up the workstation and lowend server markets to AMD. RAMBUS is not a problem for INTEL. RAMBUS does not compete with INTEL.
RAMBUS is merely a new technology supplier.

RAMBUS is collecting on ~ 22% of the SDRAM and DDR as I write. So I do not have to wait for the outcome of litigation.
