Jim,

RAMBUS is collecting on ~ 22% of the SDRAM and DDR as I write. So I do not have to wait for the outcome of litigation.

Is it OK for RMBS longs to post misinformation?

Jim - Re: 'I did post it- its from Tinkershaw. '

Tinkershaw - hmmmmmm..

Is Tinkershaw an executive officer at AMD?

Is Tinkershaw an engineer at AMD ?

Who in the HELL is a Tinkershaw an what does he have to do with AMD's strategic direction in memory technology?

Paul

Tinkershaw - re: "RAMBUS is collecting on ~ 22% of the SDRAM and DDR as I write"

Good - and how long do you think they will be doing that for?

And 22% of what ?

What you mean is they may be collecting on 1 1/2% of 22% of the SDRAM/DDR memory sales made by 2 or 3 Japanese suppliers - with a cap on payments ending at the end of this year - if I recall correctly.

I don't think any Korean or American or German suppliers are paying anything at this point.

One loss in the courts and RAMBUS will be the biggest flush in toilet history.
