Hey, you weren't around the Golden Eagle thread in 1998, so I'll have to "crow" about what I did on my 50th birthday.

A friend and I climbed Crowsnest Mountain in SW Alberta.

How the hell that guy went up and down in 4 hours is beyond me. Average is 6-7 hours, and it took us even longer. Started late because of fog, and the last mile or so out, we did in the dark.

Whoa, just found this rather dramatic painting of it...needless to say we climbed in the summer, no snow, and the route is actually up the opposite side of this image.
