What I was asking is, if csco does not retest its oct 11 lows and instead moves up breaking the downtrend, would you still not buy it at this time?

I'm not planning to buy it but want to know your opinion on the chart if csco goes up instead of retesting.

Thanks

Teresa(CSCO),<If it tests the October 11 low, makes a marginal new low>

What is the significance of the "marginal" new low? What does that tell you as opposed to deeper new low.

Thanks,

Christopher
