To correct Pete's false accusations, I will post this to end the lies about DK: There seems to be an inherent contradiction in the position that people are paying David K simply for Bob Brinker's statements on Moneytalk and that all he is doing is "reselling" the information. Anyone can listen to Moneytalk live on the radio for free and they will hear the whole show. They can also listen to it on the archives if they missed hearing the show live. Mr. Brinker now offers summaries of the Moneytalk broadcast that are written by ABC and placed on his website. Access to these summaries are also free to anyone. If all of these services are free, and David even references all of those sources at the beginning of each Interpretation, then it is obvious that his subscribers are not paying for the recap of his show which they can get for free elsewhere. They are paying for something else -- whether it be his editorial comments, financial links, financial education, guest editorials, special alerts, the right to ask him questions about where to find stuff on the Internet, or in rare cases, his humor. If what he was doing was illegal, which it is not, action would have been initiated over a year ago when David first made his intentions of charging for his services known to ABC Radio Networks and to Bob Brinker.
