Reading the EFNT 10-K I see where they mention ADI and others, but state they "have experienced difficulties in obtaining adequate supplies of certain components, particularly chipsets from Alcatel and Motorola." They go on to say flash memory has been in short supply.

What is disturbing to me is this statement, because, I can't tell if it is good or bad in regard to AWRE:....

In some cases, network equipment vendors, such as Cisco Systems, Inc., sell to our target customers proprietary or unique systems with which our products will not function. In these cases, potential customers that have purchased network equipment that does not function with our DSL customer equipment will not purchase our products for those incompatible networks.

It seems to me from reading the report EFNT attempts to follow standards....BUT....there are some big players who've not followed standards. I don't see one of AWRE's customers as not being for standards....SO is it ALA or Globespan???

Also their R&D increased 222.4%, which, included third party consulting and prototyping. ???
