Mixing together polls of with varying margins of error and varying methodologies yields a result that is not statistically significant and innacurate. Reuters poll, because it is complied through the use of trained statisticians with consistent methodology through the sampling and compilation process will be much more accurate and precise that your hodge podge method. What is the Margin of error of your method? If you can't answer this question your predictions are meaningless. I have not examined the methodogoly of the other compliation you mentioned, but I would assume that it is also flawed.
