Complain because they (he) apparently refuse(s) to return calls. I thought you wanted to know if they still owned 30% of Axiom. Don't you think Glass might have the answer to that? Isn't that material?

Maybe they can ignore small investors with impunity, but at least by contacting the SEC I'll find out if that is or is not the case. Seems to me that there's a fiduciary duty to keep investors informed about things like the $19.5 million in escrow. I think it's pretty material whether that's been released to KDUS or not. That's the main reason I invested in KDUS and the main reason I called Glass. If the money has been released, than I would think no more appeals are pending and the company has a lot bigger margin of safety with about $1.90 in cash per share than about 40 cents in cash per share.
