I simply asked what you have to complain about. What, specifically, are you complaining to the SEC about? What securities laws has the company violated? Yes, I'd love to know what percentage of Axiom is currently owned by KDUS. Yes, I'd love to know when and if the escrow cash is released. Axiom is a private company. I don't know that there is any obligation that they inform KDUS or that KDUS has an obligation to inform us. Do you? Is the court's decision final? Is the cash out of escrow? I don't know the answer. Do you? I am simply asking..... do you know of material events that (1) have occurred, and (2) where the company is obligated to brief shareholders? I don't know the answer. Do you?
