I don't think being in customer service means you have to take all the crap that everyone can dish out.

I'd rather see customer service KICK BUTT, cause that means that they have a product that can stand on it's own merits without resorting to groveling as a tactic to retain customers.

Paul and Jay have been on the receiving end of an endless amount of criticism and anger for many months. This is the first time I've seen Paul get POed. I haven't been particularly happy with the quote problems either, but I suspect neither Paul nor Jay make the big decisions. How many software vendors offer free tech support in a forum like this? Try calling Microsoft next time you have a problem with Windows.
