Kenny:
Do you think their patent will stick.

They are batting 100% so far.

I think it all depends on MM they have to sign up next. Hyundai may have to declare bancrupcy IMO in the future if SDRAM prices continue to fall below of cost of production, 64 MB SDRAM SIMM is down to about $70 again. I think I remember $55 being price that meets cost of production.
So any high court award, back dated royalty award or RMBS halting memory shipments would be very, very bad for Hyundai. I don't even want to consider what would happen to the orderly deievry of DRAM to marketplace since Hyundai makes almost 20% of low margin commodidty DRAM. I am sure that Intel doesn't want to be any part of Hyundai demise since Intel will surely suffer in terms of CPU's sold if 20% of DRAM supplies disappeared from market and memory prices skyrocketed if Hyundai stopped shipping.
Regarding your profits, locking in with covered call leaps would be the best bet IMO. When RMBS reaches a price where you would consider any additional profits from holding it long being greedy consider it. You get to keep stock if RMBS falls and you can take the rich premimum money and move along to another stock with RMBS's potential. They do exist; maybe CREE fits that bill or something as small cap as PANL.
