Dear Ron: I sure hope so. About 5 years ago I met George personally. At that time neither he nor I had any idea that he would one day be a Presidential candidate. I mention that so no one thinks he was putting a face on. Anyhow, I spoke to him socially for about 15 minutes, he is very likeable, and I swear to you all, what you see is what you get. His public personna is absolutely no different then his private personna. Also, I really abhor negative comments about his intelligence. I was personally impressed by him. Finally, I agree with you, I have not heard him utter one mean word nor make one ridiculous claim as to his contribution to society. I think he is honest, fair, unopinionated and willing to listen to all sides before making a decision. I also seriously doubt he is "owned" by any special interest group. If I had to guess, I would say he would consider "Honor" first among all things. Just my idea of what a President SHOULD be like. I also think he will surround himself with the brightest stars he can find as advisors. This will be easy as he is a very likeable person, people WANT to associate with him, and he has no EGO wherein he feels the need to take credit for all good things and blame all bad things on the other guy or gal. Oh I wasn't saying Mr. Bush is nice. He may very well win. He's quite awful in my opinion. You totally misunderstood me.
