Why not let me keep the over 4000 of my tax dollars that are diverted into the current sacred cow. I could then buy a private coverage for 2500, take the other 1500 and turn into a grand US. Next trip to Las Vegas I could play it at the Black Jack table. I might not win at the tables, but I would win by not being on a waiting list.
