No, I used to do the same thing but I do not write calls anymore. The Bull Market over the past few years had a nasty habit of taking me up on my offer, far more often than I cared for. As far as trading pennies, I have little time to trade what might be considered blue chips so pennies aren't in my plans. I did taken a speculative position in one BB company just recently on what was probably not reasonable advice but it isn't a lot of money. That should be enough for my blood for the next several years. How is the bridge working out? Get EZ Pass yet?
