That's it, Jim. What all high tech companies should do is stop developing new products. Instead, they should patent what they have now, then sue the sh*t out of any other company that dares to try to ship anything even remotely close. In fact, maybe Edison's offspring can go ahead and sue anyone right now that makes anything that draws power. Or, Newton's (Einstein's?) offspring can go ahead and sue anyone that sells anything that takes up space.

That wasn't pretend money VIA had to fork over to settle with Intel. It was cold hard green cash and lots of it.
