Don't you find it rather interesting that VIA would develop a DDR chipset for P4 without Intel permission knowing full well Intel will sue them based on past experience? OK, let's say Intel doesn't sue them...does Rambus have a case against Intel because they could claim Intel is aiding VIA? Will Intel "pretend" sue VIA to create a smokescreen they aren't really supporting a DDR chipset and pull the lawsuit after Intel makes a DDR P4 chipset...al the while helping VIA with the DDR chipset? That's what I would do if I was Intel...with the agreement that VIA pay a little royalty later on... Jim
