Wayne, often the first year of a new Pres is associated with market declines. The way I see it, valuations are still high (not so much in the semi-equip anymore, but in many other sectors). Since i expect that we might very well be anywhere between 3930 to 4350 in the next rally peak, valuations once more might be perched. I think that the economy will slow down and the fourth quarter's earnings are not going to be as stellar, furthermore, YOY comparison will not justify most lofty valuations. All these together with weak technical underpinnings of the current rally bring me to adhere to my main "scenario".
