You are correct in what you say, but it appears to me that they are in default on the SBA loan and they owe their vendors over 500k. Doesn't this qualify as more than a liquidity problem? In addition there has been a significant reduction in cash flow. I may be wrong, but I don't see a significantly sizeable ramp in revenues that would address this shortfall. It appears the expedient solution would be a reorganization, and it will be at the expense of the shareholders. I like the technology, and the company, but I can't see a reason to buy the stock. I welcome a reasoned response.
