As an independent, I find Gore to be the stronger candidate. Independent? ;) Joe, Just because I don't plan to vote for your candidate doesn't make me a democrat. Who? Gore? Why? What did he do wrong? As a protest, and to disassociate himself from Clinton. He would be leading in all polls if he did, and would have a much better chance of becoming a president (assuming the Democrats would still nominate him). Let me throw out a scenario.....your boss has been suspected of foolin' with his secretary; the head boss chews him out; people in the office do not think the affair was too cool 'cause your boss is married. The head boss decides to let him stay on the job. Now, what does Joe do? Quit his job? Publicly denounce his boss? File a lawsuit? Continue to work his job? ted
