Paul,

>>>>> I bet if you froze them and FedExed them priority overnight, they'd arrive in fine shape for breakfast <<<<

It would require alot a volume, which Im sure you wouldnt mind. gggggg When I was in the shipping biz, one of the large chicken firms was a customer of mine and he was telling me how they had to throw away chicken feet. So I said send me some and he overnited 2 x 30 lb boxes of frozen chicken feet to me. It just made it before it was spoiled. So I would have to send you about 30 lbs of frozen dumplings to avoid spoiling. ggggggggg

Dumplings? Sounds good to me. I have been spending more time in the kitchen since my girlfriend has started to work full time. I have been working on a recipie for chai tea that I have been doing well with. One secret ingredient that one maker of a very popular chai tea uses without telling anyone is cocoa powder which should be more accurately called a chai tea mocha. Yesterday I made a knock-the-socks-off good BBQ style sauce for the meat loaf I made. The addition of all-spice in place of cloves and the addition of ground ginger did the trick. Today it will be pollo con mole. I am thinking of using cardomon besides the usual cloves and cumin with the chili peppers to see what happens. Last time I used sunflower seeds which worked well. My girlfriend has used cinnamon (sp) and chocolate in the past which also works well.

I would like a good dumpling and egg roll recipie. Don, do you use MSG? :-)
