you're right, insiders have been selling for months. For the last two months, for the last three months .. insider selling. Even the webpage you posted confirms it. ok, I'll give you one thing.. there was more insider selling over the last three months than over the last two. Insiders really dumped the stock in August, I agree. Maybe there's less insider selling over the last 3 days than the last three months, too. There was one insider buy in the last three months. What about all that selling in August? Looks like over 343,000 shares sold and less than 4,000 bought. say .. when did the stock hit a high? oh, it was Sept 1. That's got to be a coincidence though. Surely insiders wouldn't sell near the high.
