But, the big thing is HE DID NOT LIE. He didn't answer the question with a yes or no but said "I did a lot of things when I was young." He didn't lie. gore would have lied and/or blamed the right wing conspiracy. Bush is an honest man who is having to fight the blanket of darkness and evil.
People who would do anything to win with no consideration for honesty, truthfulness or fairness.

... and now I ask, what else did he fail to disclose to the American people?

Mr Bush, have you or have you not used cocaine?

Has anyone heard a reply to this simple question?

It's three days after Halloween, but I'm a little scared.

BY DAN GILLMOR
Mercury News Technology Columnist

I'm scared because the United States, a nation I love, seems poised to elect a president who is unqualified, intellectually dishonest or both.

Because his chief opponent has squandered his opportunity by pandering and worse.

Because an egomaniacal third-party candidate who surely knows better sees no problem in helping elect the candidate whose positions are least like his own.

Because the media covering the election are overwhelmingly more interested in tracking polls than serious issues or candidates' lies.

Because we have let wealth, power and trivia overwhelm all other considerations.

Our political system has truly become ``one dollar, one vote'' -- a national travesty that should shame us.

I'd hoped that the Internet would be more helpful this time, particularly to get the attention of younger voters who are so casually dismissed by the political system. The Net is a conversation, and we sorely need to have a genuine discussion in this nation about what we face in coming years and decades.

A few sites have tried to cut through the sludge, to have that conversation. But there's little sign that the Net overall has had any impact.

When will the Net make a real difference? I'm guessing 2008.

Meanwhile, we're stuck with business as usual. That's why this Election Day scares me. Business as usual is not good enough.

the simple fact that Bush failed to disclose his DUI arrest when first asked about it last year now raises the very same question about Bush's own character and credibility as well... and now I ask, what else did he fail to disclose to the American people? He claims that he said nothing about it earlier because he wanted to protect his two daughters... but when Clinton wanted to protect his daughter and his wife from the Monica fling,

Bush did not bring up the DUI arrest that happened 24 years ago. Clinton lied under oath about the Monica situation that happened while he was president.

Bush just lied on his application for presidency.
