From what he writes, it appears that he is Qualcomm employee, and thus perhaps partisan. However, I have no doubt about the timeframe he describes. And the implications for investors betting on the rapid roll-out of 3G services. (Snoop around the Seybold site to see the snake-oil blurb about the trillion$ to be made in wireless.
