My understanding was that it was a criminal defense attorney and delegate to DNC who leaked the news. If that's true and he represented Bush in this matter, it raises a serious question of professional ethics. JLA

Gee, I think you've got that a bit backwards...should read "George W Bush behind the 24 yr old arrest"...election just ended...for a guy who based 90% of his campaign message on restoring honest and integrity to the White House, Bush just completely blew it...election over.
