My understanding was that it was a criminal defense attorney and delegate to DNC who leaked the news. If that's true and he represented Bush in this matter, it raises a serious question of professional ethics. JLA

Last night Drudge was saying the lawyer who fed the story was involved in the original case. I see he's removed that now. I wonder whats up...
