No, Russert was telling about a conversation he witnessed in which Bush made that denial to another reporter..... later on in the broadcast I watched, another reporter read the actual transcript of that Bush interview where Bush stated he was never arrested..... but now, I hear that Bush is saying that he was not technically arrested... that he was only issued a citation at the time and not really arrested..... so, here we go again.....<g> is this like smoking but not actually inhaling? GZ
