Funny you GOPwingers never felt a need to bring up Kennedy much in prior posts on this thread. This must definitely be an indicator that Bush did something bad.

Face it! He lied (covered-up) to the American people that he'd been arrested, fined and lost his license. To him, this incident nicely was tucked into a category named: Mistakes.

The question continues: What other mistakes are there?

So what do we know about the "mistakes" period. He wouldn't take his pilot's physical, using a weak claim his personal physician wasn't available to him. I guess it doesn't matter all the pilots used the same medical facilities and physicians. As a consequence of not taking the exam, he lost his pilots license. Conjecture on my part, but it appears clear at this point that Bush didn't wanna pee in a cup.

So, two to three years later, Bush loses his driver's license and coughs up some dough for driving in and out of the soft shoulders of the highway alcohol-impaired.

I guess, lucky for him--and us!--if elected, Bush won't have to fly or drive. He'll have handlers to do that for him. And, judging from reading this thread, they'll be no shortage of apologists on his behalf. (LOL)
