tomasso,
i "guess" under the heading of good news, especially for AIMERS who enjoy market volatility, is the new government stipulation call "regulation fd", for fair disclosure.

simply put, it means any company is now required to evenly disseminate ANY information that COULD move the price of its stock on a monthly basis.

this, of course, will FORCE your good friends, the analysts, to feel compelled to comment on the latest "news" much like they would on quarterly earnings reports.

and, we know, ANY comment from an analyst, will cause the stock to move, often times significantly.

so, now instead of only having these occurances happen 4 times a year, we can look forward to monthly gyrations that may test the boundries of our buy/sell levels.
