Here is a little something from a research report on Cymer. The bulls will read it as bullish and the bears will see it as another sign of the end. Either way I'm sticking with Cymer <g>

ST

The only negative in the quarter was that installations
at end customers declined slightly to 101 units. Channel
inventory increased slightly to the 250-270 laser level.
Cymer noted the reason for the slower installs/inventory
increase was that customers (Nikon, Canon, ASML) were
introducing new products that are taking a bit longer to
ship. The company expects channel inventory to decline in
the next few quarters.
