No doubt the IHI story was planted by someone (guess who) that wanted VOLUME to come into the stock. There really should be an investigation. However, the crazy 49 prints were not the result of the spec ripping anyone off. (That would have been absurd and the fact that so many traders believe it so easily speaks volumes). Those trades were ISLAND offers being taken out by some imbecile. Or, less likely, offers planted, and harvested by someone wanting to make the stock look like it was going to the moon. Lots of fast fingered traders that buy without thinking.
