Anyone who overturned Roe/Wade would be despised by a majority of the population, who would publicly call for their removal. We don't know if they have any tendency of reversing the decision, all we know is that whenever the court gets wind of an abortion case they have refused to even HEAR any arguments. They don't want to get involved.
