You might also recall that there was little support from the Democrat congress for the gulf war either. In fact a lot of negative outcry.

"Remember?" Ah yes I do remember. Bush's dad said Saddam was Hitler. Then when those three military leaders had Hitler down for the count they along with Bush's dad let Hitler do his own thing. That was to kill off a whole bunch of his Kurdish citizens and any opposition left in Iraq. Now we have to spend big taxpayer bucks to keep him under some measure of control because of a "smart"?? military decision. Your three guys and Bush's dad left Hitler in power and he has been big trouble ever since because of a very dumb political and military decision. Your side is always talking about the importance of an exit strategy. That was a real dandy. BTW, now 50 to 43, Gore over Bush in Michigan.
