If any one person who is a public servant and federal employee is not, to quote you, "under Clinton," it is Alan Greenspan. Clinton is in awe of Greenspan, walks in Greenspan's shadow, adjusts his policies based upon Greenspan's decisions, and kisses Greenspan's rings, and Clinton knows it. Alan Greenspan has more influence over the world economy than anyone else, and has been on a roll. Oh, by the way, Alan Greenspan is a Republican, who first consulted for and was appointed by Republicans.
