Dear Fuzzymath: I agree with you and I hope that at least someday the less financially advantaged come to realize the Democrat party doesnt necessarily represent their best interests. As I recall (going only from memory) not only does the Bush tax plan lower rates for all, but it removes ENTIRELY from the tax rolls some 6 million taxpayers. I personally believe everyone should have to pay something so that they feel they participate responsibly, but can understand their need. To my knowledge the voucher program offers more to the needy than to the rich. Usually the worst public schools are in the poorer sections of town. I know I live in a pretty nice area and our public schools were SO GOOD I actually took my son OUT of Private Schools after 5th grade as the Public were the better. He went on to graduate from College WITH HONORS so I guess I did the right thing!! JDN
