Here is my prediction (which is subject to change!)
Gore:
CA-54, CT-8, DC-3, HI-4, MD-10, MA-12, NJ-15, NY-33, RI-4, VT-3 Total 149
Gore also wins these battleground states:
DE-3, FL-25, IA-7, IL-22, MI-18, MN-10, PA-23, WA-11
Total 119
Gore will win one of these states, to put him over the top:
AR-9, OR-7, TN-11, WI-11

Gore will lose popular vote

I think you are way off. My prediction: Gore wins with around 290 Electoral Votes.
