Misdemeanor aside, evidence did suggest Gov Bush is as egoistic as any other pol by his snub of Sen McCain after he won the GOP nomination. He did tone it down subsequently. My guess is that his handler has suggested to him he would not get the WH w/o playing nice to Sen McCain. In the end, my impression is that you are making Gore worse than he is and Bush better than he is. I mean, w/o the millions pouring into Bush campaign, I do not think he could even take out Sen McCain. W/o his handlers, his performance is less than impressive. I understand my idealistic analysis is subpar to Messr De Torqueville, but then I am me <VBG>!
