I guess I didn't phrase the question properly....I am aware of immigration trends from outside the US as well as intra US. My question is what groups in FLA are giving it a more liberal bent. I know the 60's Cubanos are mostly conservative...and the 'original'(going back 50 years) Floridians tend to be conservative as well. The new immigrants like Hatians and latinos do not usually have the vote.

So again what is contributing to the sudden liberal bent in FLA...wasn't Bush reelected just 2 years ago?
