Right, they pay the loan off with the interest over a period of years, just like most people pay off their mortgage. If they control the outrageous pork spending, it will get paid off much faster, with a bunch left over for tax cuts.knc

Yes, families should pay off consumer debt, which is at an all-time high. Millions of American families would be able to do that very thing if they got a tax cut.
