Hi Jack:

I don't mind sharing at all! Currently I have 10 stocks in my 'basket': ARCC, DG, ETYS, GADZ, GSF, LE, LOCHE.OB, PALM, TWE, VITR.

I do just have one 'pot-o-cash' that I use in common for all of the above. (Note: Currently @ $30.54). I have been very naughty recently in regards to managing my cash reserve to some set % of total value. This has been a struggle since receiving the Strewie in May. I'm working on that.

In General, I use 5% Resistance on each side with a Minimum trade of $1000. I use these for my GTC orders. I have taken bigger bites than that as well if I thought that the issue was going to go up/down more than those settings dictate, but these decisions have been somewhat arbitrary. I addition, as Tom will attest, sometimes when you do that your next buy price is higher than your last one and vice versa on the sell side. Remember, RL didn't ever recommend GTC orders to 'target' the next transaction at a set price. His basic algorithm requires that the current price set the $ value of the next transaction. And as long as that was more than a certain minimum (like %5 of your shares), then go ahead. Otherwise wait til the next measure (week, month, etc).

My broker just issued my October statement, so now I have the info to try and post my 12 month summary data.

We're so sick of election returns that I might look at starting that project tonight. BTW I only got 4 hours of sleep last night, so if the above is a little discombobulated, forgive me.

As always, 'Bushed' in Bushland (as opposed to being a 'Goron' in Gorman).
