Keith, I took you off ignore when you stopped complaining altho I still wish you'd calm down a bit...i.e. if you ask a question once about jdsu, anybody on the porch who has a thought will surely respond to your post, even if it wasn't directed to them...

I'm already overweighted in jdsu via common, short puts, and some calls, so I won't be buying more. Your thinking on the deal makes sense but Rick is buying SDLI, as you get the pop from the 3.8.
