Pravin, not to mention dv/ds gets bigger as you get smaller, so they need to drop the operating voltage. At an order of magnitude smaller thay will have to operate on .15 volts or less to keep the same dv/ds in volts per mil.In addition small variations in gates will enable tunnelling at bad spots, the botched gate syndrome.
