Yes I'm too overweighted already so won't add to risk. I think SDLI is the better buy in here. The deal is for 3.8, thus take todays close for example (Jdub pointed out they now move in lockstep) JDSU 73 3/4 SDLI 239 1/4 I'm not doing exact math but 3.8 JDSU shares for every one of SDLI as of close today means closing price of about 270 or so. It's the better buy and the deal will go thru. Jdubb and RR have been buying the March's. Jdubb I think the 300s, RR probably ITMs.
