Thanks to the proliferation and wide-spread use of drugs by the boomer generation and those that learned bad habits from them...

BTW, my post was about the Reagan economy (that persists to this day), not drug trafficking. Is that all you could come back with???

The rise in crack use had nothing to do with the executive branch of the day.

It had to do with the fact that it was a new and terribly addictive drug.

I am a Libertarian. Drug laws should be repealed.
